How to use:

Take 3 tablets a day.

One tablet before the main meals with plenty of water (breakfast, lunch and dinner).
Per tablet: - Sen - 150 mg. - Frangula - 150 mg. - Fructooligosaccharides (FOS) - 100 mg. - Aloe vera - 20 mg. Cellulose. cornstarch. anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate). silicon dioxide.
