How to use:

  • Use all the mornings and nights, after balancing the skin. Pump once in the palm of your hand and apply the serum to the cheeks, forehead, nose and chin.

  • Smooth the serum gently on the face, including the jaw line, moving from the center of the face outward.

For the neck:

   • Pump once in the palm of your hand and with both palms, mix with the skin in ascending movements from the base of the neck.

Additional massage techniques:

Lift the massage: (use a little serum to help your fingers slide easily on the skin)

  1. Apply upward pressure with both thumbs, starting below the chin and ending below the ears.

 Repeat 6 times.

  2. Place four fingers of each hand on the chin and move them up towards the temples so that both palms of the hands fit on the cheeks, and then lift them. Repeat 6 times.

Lifting exercises: (open your eyes wide while you look in the mirror)

   1. Pull the lips to the left to stretch the right cheek and hold it down for 10 seconds.

   2. Pull the lips to the right to stretch the left cheek and hold it pressed for 10 seconds.
