Indications:
It is advisable to take 5 ml to 15 ml (1-3 teaspoons) of syrup at night, when necessary. The correct dosage is the minimum sufficient to promote physiological intestinal transit without producing liquid stools, so it can be personalized based on individual needs. The product can be taken pure or diluted in a glass of water.
- The product is recommended for ages 12 and up. In general, to promote intestinal transit it is advisable to drink fluids throughout the day, ingest the appropriate amount of fiber and perform physical activity.
- Shake before using. After use, close the bottle tightly and wash the measuring spoon carefully. Once opened, it is recommended to consume it within 30 days.
