Alce Nero organic spelled spaghetti is obtained using only organic spelled of the Triticum Dicocum variety grown in Italy. The rough surface makes them particularly suitable for absorbing condiments, guaranteeing quality and flavor in each preparation. The packaging of this paste is made of paper, without any use of plastic. For the printing and closing of the package, only water-based inks and glues were used, without chemical components. It can be discarded when collecting paper.
