Properties: Recovers the natural sedative properties of valerian in this tablet. The synergism between the essential oil and the valepotriates is attributed to its calming, hypnotic, spasmolytic, muscle relaxant, slightly hypotensive and anticonvulsant action. Composition: Each pearl contains 100mg of Valeriana officinalis extract with 0.2% valerenic acid, Non-GMO soybean oil. Gelatin and glycerin pearl. Dosage: The dose is highly variable, depending on the condition to be treated. For cases of insomnia, 1-3 pearls is recommended, this dose can be increased up to four times throughout the day.
