IRIS wholemeal semolina fusilli are obtained from the perfect combination of wholemeal durum wheat semolina and water. Unlike white semolina, wholemeal semolina does not undergo refining processes; in this way none of the components of the grain, bran, endosperm and germ, which contain important nutrients for the body, are eliminated.
