Resveratrol is a polyphenol that is naturally present in grapes, berries such as strawberries, raspberries and blackberries, peanuts and red wine. Grape skin naturally contains between 0.5% -1% resveratrol and the Polygonum cuspidatum plant, widely used in traditional Japanese and Chinese medicine, is one of the plants with the highest concentration of resveratrol.
This formula provides 250 mg of resveratrol from 500 mg of Polygonum cuspidatum root along with 10 mg of red wine extract, Vitis vinifera (grape skins). Presented in the form of soft capsules with liquid extract inside.
